Ken strives to bring innovative technology to food service operations while working to streamline production and lower costs. His approach for implementing high-profit programs into existing and start-up businesses has earned him a strong following among his current customers.
With her nearly three year tenure as a customer service representative for Kappus Company, Amanda Harley has gained extensive knowledge of their products and services. Amanda’s strong work ethic and passion for helping people has afforded her the ability to consistently exceed customer’s expectations. Amanda is excited to take on her new role as a sales associate, where her product knowledge and customer service skills will serve her well. As a recent Bachelor’s degree recipient from Kent State University, Amanda now enjoys spending her free time outdoors hiking with her golden retriever and kayaking during the summer.
Josh has enjoyed over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in sales and customer service. Drawing on his business and restaurant industry background, he proactively looks for ways to deliver innovation, value-add resources, and continuous support to his customers. His personal, consultative approach enables him to work closely with restaurant owners to understand their objectives and grow their business. Josh is a proud graduate of The University of Pittsburgh, with a degree in business marketing.
Brian is an accomplished sales and operations leader with more than 15 years of enterprise, retail and food service experience. His military training and background along with experience in both large publicly traded and small family-owned organizations is instrumental as he provides sales oversight and strategy for Kappus’ national account, dealer and retail channels. With a forward-thinking, value-add approach he strives to drive growth and profitability results for all customers. Brian earned a B.S. degree from Ohio University while earning a four year scholarship for Army ROTC. He holds a lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has won multiple awards for operational excellence and sales performance.
