As a recent Bachelor’s degree recipient from Kent State University, Amanda now enjoys spending her free time outdoors hiking with her golden retriever and kayaking during the summer.
Josh has enjoyed over 15 years of experience in the food and beverage industry in sales and customer service. Seth is a graduate of The University of Cincinnati and has lived in Boulder, Chicago and New York City prior to his return to Cleveland to raise his family. He enjoys travel, music and surviving triathlons.

Randy’s Servsafe certification through the National Restaurant Association shows his commitment to the industry and serving clients at the highest level. His passion is providing customer-focused service and delivering value every day. Randy is a proud Baldwin Wallace graduate, enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, and is proud to watch Cleveland sports, especially the Cleveland Indians!
Brian is an accomplished sales and operations leader with more than 15 years of enterprise, retail and food service experience. His military training and background along with experience in both large publicly traded and small family-owned organizations is instrumental as he provides sales oversight and strategy for Kappus’ national account, dealer and retail channels. With a forward-thinking, value-add approach he strives to drive growth and profitability results for all customers. Brian earned a B.S. degree from Ohio University while earning a four year scholarship for Army ROTC. He holds a lean Six Sigma Green Belt and has won multiple awards for operational excellence and sales performance.
