Cookshack Model FEC500
The Cookshack Model FEC500 is a commercial wood pellet rotisserie smoker oven that quickly gets up to set temperatures in as little as 10 to 15 minutes. With the capability to be mobile or stationary, this large capacity smoker uses economic 100% food grade wood pellets to provide pure wood smoke flavor to all your favorite foods. This unit requires no gas so you will not get gas fumes passing over your meat, which means a much better tasting product than you can get with gas-fired pits.
