Broasting vs. Pressure Frying is a question we are asked frequently. Depending on what part of the country you live in, you may be very familiar with something called Broasted chicken (and love it). Or you may have heard of it but still wonder about the “broasted” part. Or you might have no idea what we’re talking about yet.
For the sake of anyone who hasn’t heard of it, we’ll give you the short answer first. Broasted chicken is fresh breaded chicken cooked in a pressure fryer. So, what is the difference between broasting and pressure frying? The answer might actually surprise you.
