Planned Maintenance Programs

There are two great ways to keep your Taylor equipment running at peak performance: PMs and 28-Day Brush Butler Cleanings. Endorsed and approved by McDonald’s corporate, the Taylor C602 and 8634 PM, and 28-Day Brush Butler programs, are multi-point inspections conducted by a certified technician.

Asset Management Reports

Kappus offers comprehensive asset management reports that provide the age and service history for your equipment. This can be very helpful for budgeting, forecasting and making repair/replace decisions.

Taylor Tune-Up Kit Program

Preventative maintenance reduces wear and tear on your machines and can extend your equipment life by 25%. Taylor Tune-Up Kit programs provide automatic shipments of regular wear OEM maintenance parts to help ensure the efficiency of your equipment.  This includes routine maintenance parts, blades, 28-day lube and a brush kit every six months.  Quarterly shipments make it easy for you to do-it-yourself — when the shipment arrives at the store, you know it’s time to replace.  You only pay cost of parts and shipping.

Kappus offers free training for your key staff members on the proper cleaning, maintenance and operation of your Taylor equipment. Optimal size of 6 – 8 people; can combine multiple stores in one training session.

Service Notifications
