In this key leadership role, Mr. Geist will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales, service, operations, marketing, finance, IT and human resources. He will provide leadership spanning multiple business units and will drive the organization to exceed financial and customer metrics, and operational KPIs.

Mr. Geist joins Kappus Company with over 25 years of manufacturing, operations and financial leadership experience, most recently as the General Manager of a leading truck accessories manufacturer. His strong focus throughout his career on strategy development, commercial and operational execution, financial performance and strategic growth initiatives will be instrumental as he positions Kappus for continued growth in the foodservice distribution industry. He obtained his B.S.B.A. from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, and his leadership experience includes over 10 years as a Field Artillery Officer in the United States military.
