I truly enjoy working with the entire team at Kappus. In my position I need to reach out to many different departments and everyone I work with does a great job of working towards our mission of taking care of our customers. Since I started with Kappus, I’ve been a part of a forward moving company providing opportunities for all who pursue them and I’m excited to see where we will grow from here.

Being a service biller, I see the end result. I get to interact with the service department, our service technicians and the sales team. It's a flexible, fair and growing company with perks like the ability to move within the company and always being busy. I started in the parts department and was able to take a role change to service billing and I love it! The insurance, vacation and 401K are great, and we love food at Kappus -- there always seems to be some around!

Whether you are fresh out of college like I was or further along in your career, Kappus will meet you where you are and provide you training to get you where you need to be successful. I started as a Project Coordinator, but I always had an interest in getting into sales. I shared that with management, and when a spot on the sales team opened they gave me a shot at it. Thanks to their trust I get to do what I love with an awesome team of people ... and LOTS of ice cream!

It's really unlike any job I've ever experienced. If you do your job nobody bothers you or is breathing down your neck. We all support one another, and nobody ever gets left behind. I can call for any kind of support at any time and that's amazing. Plus, it really is the definition of a family business. I don't know anybody else who has their company owner's cell phone number ... it's just normal here.
