Chef Stacy is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. This exemplary training along with 25 years of culinary and hospitality experience have given her hands-on, working knowledge of every phase of the food service industry from the front of the house to the back.
As Director of Culinary, Chef Stacy’s role at Kappus is multidimensional. She is a valuable resource for both, the Kappus team and our customers. From a white linen restaurant to a quick-serve cafe, Chef Stacy lends expertise and professional prospective into the unique world of food service.
Chef Stacy is a proud member of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), Research Chef Association (RCA), International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP), SlowFood USA, Business and Professional Women of Ohio (BPW), and Ohio Ecological Food and Farm Association (OEFFA).

Along with his superior education, he holds multiple certifications in restaurant & hospitality management. His career started as an Executive/Corporate Chef for 10 years in multiple professional kitchens. That passion and drive for success took Jon to be a Top Level Sales Consultant for the largest privately held broad line food distributor in the world for the next 9+ years.
