Q: Are leasing plans available?

Q: What if I already have a maintenance person to service my equipment?
A: Taylor’s warranty is valid only if service is performed by a Taylor factory-trained and certified service technician. Please contact our service department at 800.441.8089 or Contact Us/Service to speak with a customer service specialist.

Q: How soon can a technician come out to my store?
A: Most calls requiring a service visit result in a technician’s arrival within 48 hours.  The Kappus team of 45+ factory trained and certified service technicians blanket our territory in service vehicles stocked with factory certified parts.

Q: Can I get soft serve mix or other food products from you?
A: Kappus sells foodservice equipment only, but we partner with a wealth of suppliers to meet all of your foodservice product and mix needs. Visit our Business Resources page for a complete list.

Q: How can I see an equipment demonstration?
A: Kappus holds shows, seminars and open houses throughout the year where you can see equipment in action.  Visit our Events page to see times and locations. If you are unable to attend an event, you can call us at 800.441.8089 or Contact Us/Sales and schedule a demonstration with your sales representative.

Q: Can I trade in my machine toward a new piece of equipment?
A: Kappus Company reviews equipment trade-in options for used Taylor equipment on a case-by-case basis. Generally, the equipment must be less than 8 years old and be in good working condition before a trade-in will be considered.  Please contact our sales department at 800.441.8089 or Contact Us/Sales to speak with your local sales representative.

Q: Can I purchase parts through you?
A: Kappus stocks mechanical and wearable parts and accessories for Taylor, Flavor Burst and Smokaroma equipment. Please contact our parts department at 800.441.8089 or Contact Us/Parts to speak with a customer service specialist.

Q: Can I get a Taylor service or operator’s manual from you? 
A: Operator manuals are available on Taylor’s website. Visit http://www.taylor-company.com/, click on Our Products and choose your category of equipment and the model. At the top right click on Resources and select Operator Manual under Select Resource. Service manuals are provided only to factory-trained technicians.

Q: I need service on my machine; who do I call? 
A: Please contact our service department at 800.441.8089 or Contact Us/Service and speak with a customer service specialist.  Our service experts can often help fix the problem right over the phone, saving you the cost of a technician service call.  If a service call is needed, the service department will help you get one scheduled.

Q: How do I obtain a current price list?

Q: Who do I contact to fax me or email me a spec sheet? 
A: Equipment specification sheets in PDF format are available on our site by simply clicking on the model number on the applicable equipment page. This file format requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view or print. To download the latest version of this software, go to www.adobe.com and download it for free. If you would prefer to have a spec sheet faxed or emailed, contact the sales department at 800.441.8089 or Contact Us/Sales.

Q: My electrician is here to wire for my equipment; what power will I need? 
A: Electrical specifications for new equipment are shown on the back of the spec sheet.  Always refer to the data label of the unit to be installed for exact electrical specifications. If you are unsure, contact your sales representative at Contact Us/Sales.

Q: Can I buy direct from the factory? 
A: No, Taylor utilizes a worldwide distributor network to sell and service all Taylor equipment.

Q: Do you offer equipment financing?
